Storage Bins are typically used for holding of material in processing systems for batching, raw material storage godown, finished product storage warehouse etc.

Capacity of Bins varies from 1 MT to 250 MT
Available in different sizes, shapes & capacities based on the raw material.
Bin shell, stiffeners, flashings are manufactured of GI & SS. Bottom cones are manufactured of MS
Equipped with manhole, sight glasses, plunger, sensors, hammers (pneumatic or electrical) and bin activators.

Manhole is equipped with aspiration filter bags which allows to prevent generation of back pressure while material dumping inside the bin.

Bin Vibrator (Hammer) are used to prevent material sticking on the bin walls and allow the free flow of materials.

Sight glass are fitted on the top shell wall and bottom of cone, there is provision to change the position of sight glass in the same shell or cone.

Sensor s are used for acknowledgement of high, middle, and low levels. We have option available for continuous level sensors. All are synchronised with PLC which prevent spilling of material after getting filled.

Equipped with in built bridge breaker arrangement to reduce the lump formation inside the bin. It also helps to reduce the load on discharge gate (pneumatic, manual, or electrical) and allow it for easy movement of sliding plate
